STATEWIDE BUILDING MAINTENANCE, Inc. was established in January of 1984 and has experienced stable growth since our founding. This growth has enabled us to add a management staff to better service our customer's needs.
STATEWIDE carries a public liability and property damage policy consisting of $600,000.00, including non-owned auto insurance. Fully licensed, bonded, and maintains state workers' compensation.
All employees are uniformed and supervised. Frequent inspections are made and uniformed dress codes are enforced. STATEWIDE employees are not sub-contractors, nor are they paid by the job. Each employee is paid hourly at a rate considerably higher than minimum wage. With this in mind, our employees do not have the pressure of hurrying through a job in order to get "More money in their pockets", but are paid a fair wage and in return our customers receive the quality they expect.
STATEWIDE has instituted a safety program to ensure its employees and our customer a safe and healthy environment. Due to the epidemic of HIV (AIDS) and HBV (Hepatitis B), we make available to our employees plastic gloves, eye protection, and face masks.
Our company offers a variety of services along with general cleaning of commercial and industrial offices, including carpet cleaning, tile floor restoration, construction clean up, and sales of paper supplies.
