STATEWIDE BUILDING MAINTENANCE is maintained by professional managers, corporate officers skilled in cleaning maintenance backed by years of progressive service to the cleaning industry.
We are a progressive organization. Our growth will be assuredly steady. Our motto
is ... "SERVICE TO OUR CLIENT".
The basics of our organization is summarized in the management policies and procedures:
A. Selection
The employee selected for the organization will be subject to a complete background investigation as needed. The requirements include the following:
1. Those individuals of a mature nature
2. Be of good moral character
3. May not be convicted of a felony in relation to the job the employee
will perform.
B. Response To Our Client's Needs
Statewide takes pride in our policy of employee promptness in response time to all requests of the client. Statewide management can be contacted 24 hours
a day. Our management team is in constant contact by use of 2 -way radios and
beepers, so as to quickly and efficiently fulfill our client's needs. We do request the
right however, to an ample notice by the client for additional service that may be
requested over and above the hours contracted.
C. Public Relations
Conduct, appearance, and professional attitude are of extreme importance and
significance in our daily contact with our client. As a representative of you and
Statewide, we strive for our employees to project the proper image to the
citizens we come in contact with.
D. Our Goal
Our goal in the cleaning industry is to improve and to upgrade the present status
and reputation of "cleaning companies" as they are presently known.
This goal will be accomplished through the teamwork between our qualified
management staff and our well trained, motivated employees. |
