Quality Control

 
 
We strongly believe that Quality Control is a major key to our success. It is through Quality Control that our customers will receive the best service possible. Along with our training program, the following is an outline of Statewide Building Maintenance's Quality Control program:

A. Quality Control

1. Quality Control is expected by all employees and monitored by our
management and supervisory staff.
2. Employees are subject to unannounced inspection visits by any one of
our management staff. Our staff is available to you for maintenance consultation on a twenty-four (24) hour per day basis.

B. Program Forms

1. Detailed Work Schedule consisting of contract work to be performed on each jobsite.
2. Customer Communication Log used where needed in an effort to keep
open communication between our employee and our customer.
3. Nightly Employee Checklist are used where needed to insure all work is being completed. Standard for larger accounts.
4. Building Inspection Reports are used by Statewide management as an inspection of the premises with a point system to determine the quality of the services each employee is performing. 

C. Customer Relations

1. Management will complete regular visits, upon the clients approval,
the office building during business hours for the purpose of customer
feedback and recommendations.
2. Customer Response Cards are sent to our customers monthly in an effort to see how our customers rate our company services.
3. Customer Complaints and Work Orders are recorded in writing, and complied with promptly, or as requested.
