Training Policies |

Upon acceptance, the employee will be trained to meet the requirements to Post Instructions levied by the client. Each employee will also go through various steps of training administered by Statewide Building Maintenance, which we believe is the key to achieving the quality our customers deserves.
The following is an outline of Statewide's employee training program:
A. Training
1. Training is given by qualified instructors and monitored by our
management staff to insure integrity of the program.
2. Regular meetings are required by all employees in order to receive
on-going training and up-to-date information.
B. Training Administration
1. Program administered by Statewide management staff.
2. Program consists of instructional courses, on-the-job training, and regular training classes.
3. Personnel and training evaluations conducted on an on-going basis.
